2. Risk indicators
Urgent payment demands, guaranteed employment without selection, free email accounts, lookalike domains, personal payment cards, crypto-only payment or requests for access codes.
3. Verify a vacancy
Compare the rank, vessel, employer, contract, joining date, sender address and payment details. Do not verify using a number supplied by the suspicious sender.
4. Protect documents
An up-to-date CV and basic career information are usually sufficient initially. Do not send a full document archive to unknown persons or via open links.
5. Banking security
GRAND CREW does not request banking passwords, PIN, CVV/CVC, one-time codes or full device access.
6. If money was sent
Contact the bank immediately, request a stop or dispute where possible, preserve evidence and notify the competent authorities.
7. Report fraud
Send screenshots, numbers, email addresses, links, payment details and a description to info@grandcrew.org. Do not include unnecessary passport copies or banking codes.
